West Coast Thermal, based in Cumbria, has been providing a specialist thermal insulation service for over a decade.
Using efficient thermal insulation is one of the most immediate and effective means to minimize energy loss, reduce fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and running costs. We work hard to ensure our clients benefit from these efficiencies.
The West Coast Thermal team applies the most effective techniques for supplying and fitting thermal insulation materials to pipe work, ducting, vessels and tanks in factories, heavy industrial plants and commercial buildings.
Our skilled workforce has a wealth of training and experience and attracts regular repeat business from clients in the heavy industrial sector, commercial new build and domestic markets.
Insulation advice
We also specialize in providing expert advice on the type of insulation required and can the fit insulation to the fabric of building structures, including roof and cavity wall panel insulation, fire/smoke barriers and loft insulation.
Fabrication
Following continuous developments in the last decade, we expanded into larger premises and have increased outputs from our fabrication workshop with the help of our growing workforce.
Skilled workforce
Members of TICA (Thermal Insulation Contractors Association) and CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme), we are pleased to enroll new insulation apprentices each year. Our insulation operatives all carry CSCS cards, have safety passports and are qualified to work at heights with mobile scaffolds, scissor lifts and cherry pickers.
Training (including Health and safety) is part of a rolling programme and we are
proud of our skilled West Cumbrian workforce, our vast experience and ability to
produce quality work that is on time, on budget. Total reliability with an excellent
health and safety record.
